摘　　要：从小微企业的现状出发,运用博弈相关知识深入剖析小微企业横向联盟的传统困境,提出小微企业横向联盟的组建能有效促进联盟目标的达成。同时围绕企业联盟环境、联盟组建目标及模式、联盟伙伴、联盟治理机制、联盟收益分配及风险防范等方面提出构建小微企业横向联盟机制的具体对策,以利于促进我国小微企业生存发展之借鉴。In this paper, the background for small and micro enterprises is researched at first. Secondly, the paper uses the game theory to make a deep analysis on business traditional logic and predicament, then points out that transverse alli- ance can effectively solve the problem. At the same time, the strategy of transverse alliance, alliance environment goal and pattern, alliance partner, alliance governance model, as well as alliance benefits and risk prevention are proposed for the alliance formation process. These strategies have important practical significance to the development of China＇s small and micro enterprises.
