摘  要:介绍了一种转向灵活、使用方便的车用液压盘式转向结构。首先利用ADAMS建立了转向结构模型,并进行了运动学仿真分析,得到了液压杆运动规律方程;然后从动力学、材料的强度等方面做了相应的计算,并运用Solid Works COSMOSWorks有限元分析法对转向结构的应力和位移进行了校核。最终研制了实物,并应用于铣刨收集样机。实际应用结果表明,该转向结构转向效果良好,满足工作需求。A kind of steering structure with hydraulic disc was introduced which was flexible to steer and convenient to use.Firstly, the model of steering mechanism was built and kinematic simulation was made by ADAMS, then the motion equation of hydraulic rod was achieved. Secondly, some calculations on dynamics and strength of materials were carried out, the stress and displacement of steering mechanism were checked by COSMOSWorks and Solidworks. Finally,the material object was developed to be used in milling-collecting prototype.The result shows that the steering mechanism works well and can meet operation requirements.
