女大学生价值观教育接受问题的实然分析与应然追求——基于女性主义教育观视角

摘　　要：用女性主义教育观指导女大学生价值观教育,可以增强女大学生价值观教育接受问题的有效性。当前女大学生价值观教育接受效果总体上是好的,但在价值观教育理念落后,忽视女大学生的主体地位;价值观教育目标偏重形式,忽视女大学生个体需要;价值观教育内容信度不高,忽视女大学生特质;价值观教育方法单一,重视理论灌输等方面存在问题。应从树立"以人为本"教育观念,重视女大学生的主体地位;改革教育教学,建构"可接受性"的教育模式;开设女性学课程,提高女大学生的主体意识;重视女大学生的自我教育,满足其合理需要等方面提出具体的对策。Female students are facing with feminist values education. It is good for current female students to handle their values, but behind the values education, some people are ignoring the dominant position of female college students ; or some only emphasis the form of objective values education, ignoring the individual needs. However, sometimes values education content is ignoring the female students, such as the theoretical aspects of indoctrination, practical qualities. So it should establish a concept of education which pays more attention to the dominant position of female college students, the education reform model. Such as, Female Study Course, which raises consciousness, self-education, concrete measures and the rational needs for female college students.
