摘　　要：以对甲酚和肉桂酸为原料,用磷酸为脱水剂、乙酸乙酯为萃取剂、碳酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂经脱水环合、甲基化反应制得3-(2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯基)-3-苯丙酸,总收率约为81.4%。此方法操作简便,安全环保,利于工业化生产。3 - （2 - methoxy - 5 - methylphenyl ） - 3 - benzenepropanoic acid was synthesized from p - cresol and cinnamic acid as material, phosphoric acid as a dehydrating agent, ethyl acetate as the extraction, dimethyl carbonate as methylating reagent by dehydration cyclization, methylation, the overall yield of about 81.4%. This synthetic method had the advantages of convenient operation, safety green environmental, suitable for industrial production.
