逍遥散和朱砂安神丸联合西药治疗神经性抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨逍遥散和朱砂安神丸联合西药治疗神经性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院64例抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组应用逍遥散和朱砂安神丸联合帕罗西汀治疗,对照组单用帕罗西汀治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%,显著高于对照组的71.9%(P<0.05);治疗后第6周进行随访,两组治疗后HAMD评分明显低于治疗前,而治疗组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散和朱砂安神丸联合西药治疗神经性抑郁症临床疗效肯定,应引起临床工作者足够重视与更深入的研究,以发挥祖国医学对抑郁症治疗的独特优势。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Xiaoyao San and Zhusha Anshen Wan combined with western medicine on neurotic depression. Methods： 64 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Xiaoyao San and Zhusha Anshen Wan plus paroxetine; the control group received paroxetine solo. Results： The total efficacy in treatment group was 93.8%, significantly higher than 71.9% in the control group （P〈0.05）; two groups in 6th week after treatment were followed up; HAMD scores in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment; HAMD score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyao San and Zhusha Anshen Wan combined with western medicine were confirmed with good efficacy on neurotic depression. Clinical workers should pay more attention to it and research deeply to exert the advantages of TCM on depression.
