三联疗法与胃炎灵联合治疗胃溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌感染60例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三联疗法与胃炎灵联合治疗胃溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年2月至2014年1月期间收治的120例幽门螺旋杆菌感染胃溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胃炎灵治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、幽门螺旋杆菌根除率及胃溃疡复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高达96.7%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后幽门螺旋杆菌根除率为93.3%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃溃疡复发率为3.3%,对照组为15.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联疗法联合胃炎灵治疗胃溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌感染效果较好,可有效提高幽门螺旋杆菌根除率,安全可靠,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with Weiyanling in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric ulcer. Methods 120 cases of patients with gastric ulcer and Helieobaeter pylori infection treated in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2014 were selected as objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triple therapy with rabeprazole sodium ＋ amoxicillin ＋ clarithromycin, while the observation group was treated with Weiyanling on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, eradication of Helieobaeter pylori and gastric ulcer recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 86.7% of the control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）; the eradication rate of Helicobaeter pylori of the observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 80% of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P〈0.05）; the gastric ulcer recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.3%, significantly lower than 15% of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of triple therapy combined with Weiyanling has good effect in the treatment of Helieobaeter pylori infection in gastric ulcer and effectively improves the eradication rate of Helicobaeter pylori, with high safety and fewer adverse reactions.
