心理疏导联合药物治疗中青年精神分裂的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究心理疏导联合药物治疗中青年精神分裂的有效性,探讨其临床适用性。方法选取2012年6月至2013年9月在我院治疗的160例精神分裂患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组各80例,对照组采用单纯药物方案进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合心理疏导方案进行治疗。观察比较治疗前后两组患者的简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分、自知力评分和治疗后两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的BPRS总评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组的自知力评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组的自制力评分低于治疗前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者BPRS和自知力评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总有效率为91.25%,显著高于对照组的68.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导联合药物治疗可以显著提高中青年精神分裂患者的临床疗效,值得临床长期推广应用。Objective To study the effect and applicability of psychological counseling combined with drug therapy in treating young schizophrenic. Methods 160 cases of patients with schizophrenic treated in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 80 cases per each group. The control group was only treated with drug therapy, while the study group was treated with psychological counseling on the basis of the control group. The total scores of BPRS, insight scores, and clinical effects were observed and compared. Results After the treatment, the total scores of BPRS of two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, the insight scores of the study group were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, the insight scores of the control group were lower than those of before, but the difference was not statistical （P〉0.05）; the total scores of BPRS and the insight scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the study group was 91.25%, significantly higher than 68.75% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Psychological counseling combined with drug therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with young schizophrenic, which is worthy of long-term application and promotion in clinic.
