脑性瘫痪儿童睡眠障碍的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑性瘫痪儿童睡眠障碍状况及其影响因素,以改善脑瘫儿童的睡眠质量。方法采用问卷调查方式,选取2010年3月至2012年3月我院收治的脑瘫患儿278例,由专人负责对家长及儿童进行睡眠障碍及相关症状的问卷调查,将结果进行统计分析。结果 188例(67.6%)脑性瘫痪儿童发生睡眠障碍,其中,睡眠不安、入睡困难、打鼾症状的发生随着患儿年龄的增加而增高(P<0.05);而肢体抽动、梦魇、磨牙症状均没有表现出年龄的差异(P>0.05)。患儿紧张性姿势反射、家庭紧张因素、睡前安慰、睡前功能训练以及年龄这几个相关影响因素相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑性瘫痪儿童睡眠障碍发生率明显高于正常儿童。减少家庭紧张因素,指导患儿家庭正确的养育方式以及加强治疗措施,可显著减少脑瘫睡眠障碍,提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To investigate the conditions and influencing factors of sleep disorders in children with cerebral palsy, in order to improve the sleep quality of children with cerebral palsy. Methods The investigation was conducted through a questionnaire survey, for which 278 cases of children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected. The persons responsible for the questionnaire about sleep disorders and related symptoms directed the parents and children with cerebral palsy and took statistical analysis for the results. Results 188 cases （67.6%） of children with cerebral palsy experienced serious sleep disorders, the incidence of disturbed sleep, sleep difficulty and snoring increased with children＇s age （P 〈0.05）, the incidence of limb twitch, nightmares and molar showed no difference related to age （P〉0.05）. The tension postural reflex, family stress factors, comfort before sleep, functional training before sleep and ages all had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The incidence of sleep disorders in children with cerebral palsy is significantly higher than that of normal children. The reduction of family stress factors, guidance for parents to give correct rearing as well as intensifying the treatment can significantly reduce the sleep disorders and improve the quality of life in children with cerebral palsy.
