摘  要:目的通过相关文献汇总,采用Meta分析方法定量分析中国男性前列腺癌(PCa)与良性前列腺增生(BPH)的Cho+Cr/Cit(CC/C)比值,为临床医生选择治疗方案提供依据。方法以"prostate?carcinoma?cancer?hyperplasia?MRS?磁共振波谱成像?前列腺癌及前列腺增生"为检索词,检索2000~2013年国内外发表的有关磁共振波谱成像(MRS)鉴别PCa与BPH的相关文献,应用Revman 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献(中文文献6篇,英文文献1篇)。共纳入PCa患者166例(体素577个),BPH患者225例(体素833个),PCa与BPH的CC/C比值存在统计学学差异(P〈0.000 01),前者明显高于后者(合并均数差为1.74,95%CI为1.59~1.89)。结论 MRS对中国男性PCa与BPH有较高的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。Objective To evaluate Meta-analysis in assessing the diagnostic value of MRS in patients with prostate diseases.MethodsRelevant English and Chinese articles about MRS for assessing the diagnostic value of prostate diseases were collected from the literatures published from 2000 to 2013 in China and abroad. Search terms were set for magnetic resonance spectroscopy, prostate, cancer, carcinoma and prostate hyperplasia. Meta-analysis was done by using Revman 5.0.Results Seven papers were selected. We got many data about 166 patients with PCa (voxel, 577) and 225 patients with BPH (voxel, 833) in China. The CC/C ratio of PCa was higher than that of BPH. The mean difference (MD) was 1.74 (95%CI1.59-1.89).Conclusion MRS can be helpful in distinguishing prostate cancer from benign prostatic hyperplasia in China.
