摘　　要：针对第一炼铁厂3#高炉炉渣中Al2O3的升高，高炉操作难度增加的问题，结合炉况实际，分析炉渣Al2O3高的原因，总结高Al2O3炉渣的不利影响及采取的一些应对措施，以确保炉况顺行降消耗。High alumina content in slag in No. 3 BF made BF operation more difficult at No. 1 Iron-making Plant. By an- alyzing the causes, combining with the conditions of blast furnaces, measures have been taken to solve the problem, which can ensure BF operate normally and reduce the consumption.
