摘　　要：近年来,对情绪特征的关注已渗透到创业研究领域,认为创业者情绪对创业者行为和企业绩效有重要影响。关注创业者乐观这一积极情绪特征在创业过程中的作用,探讨社会网络对创业绩效的影响中创业者乐观的调节作用。实证研究发现,社会网络对创业绩效各维度并非完全呈显著的正向影响,创业者乐观在社会网络和创业绩效间起负向调节作用。研究结论对挖掘社会网络的价值、管理创业者乐观情绪、实现创业绩效提升有重要启示。In recent years, the concern about the role of emotion has penetrated into the field of entrepreneur- ship research. Entrepreneurs＇ emotion have a significant impact on entrepreneurs＇ behavior and business per- formance. This paper focuses on the role of entrepreneurs optimistic that positive emotional characteristics of the entrepreneurial process, discusses the impact of social networks on the entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of entrepreneurs＇ optimism. The empirical result shows that： the social networks have not entirely a significant positive effect to the entrepreneurial performance, Entrepreneurs＇ optimism play a negative moderating role in the relationship between the social networks and the entrepreneurial performance. The paper enrich the theory of social network and entrepreneurial theory, and has an important implication to tap the value of social networks, management entrepreneurs＇ optimism to access to the development of entre- preneurial performance.
