摘 要:针对某矿区地表松软砂土随地形等厚度铣刨收集的要求,提出了一种机械接触式"恒压力"地形探测器。为了对地形探测器和铣刨深度控制技术进行系统研究,研制了铣刨深度控制实验台。主要基于LabVIEW技术,设计了实验台的测控系统;对实验台测控系统构成及原理进行了分析介绍,并描述了软件功能;借助于信号采集板卡和运动控制板卡,由工控机完成实验台的压力、位移测试及步进电机的控制,通过探测随动轮与探测轮的位移差获得实际差值与设定差值进行比对。实验研究表明,系统可以有效将探测与控制偏差控制在设定的范围之內,从而精确控制系统铣刨深度。According to the requirements of milling collection and equal thickness under the situation of the change of loose sand along with terrain in a certain mining area,a kind of mechanical touching "constant pressure" terrain detector is proposed.In order to systematically study terrain detector and milling depth control technology,milling depth control test-bed is developed.Based on LabVIEW technique,the measurement and control system of milling depth control test-bed is designed.The structure and principle of measurement and control system are analyzed and introduced,and the software function is described.With the aid of data acquisition board and motor control board,output pressure and displacement measurement and drive motor control of the milling depth control test-bed are completed by the IPC.The actual difference obtained by detecting displacement between follower wheel and detection wheel is compared with the set difference.The results show that the system can effectively control the deviation within a set range,and precisely control the milling depth.
