DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法:收集医院2010年6月至2011年6月期间诊治的中晚期宫颈癌患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各20例。对照组患者单纯采用放疗治疗,试验组患者采用DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗结合放疗治疗,对两组患者的生活质量评分和远期生存率情况进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,同时,试验组1、2、3年生存率(85.0%、65.0%、35.0%)明显高于对照组(95.0%、85.0%、70.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌具有良好的临床疗效,能有效提高患者的生活质量和远期生存率。Objective:To make an analysis of DC-CIK immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced cervical cancer.Methods:40cases of advanced cervical cancer patients were collected,who had been diagnosed and treated from June 2010 to June 2011,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group had been treated by radiotherapy alone,while those in the treatment group had been treated by DC-CIK immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy.Both groups of patients were scored and then comparatively analyzed in light of the score of life quality and long-term survival situations.Results:The results showed that the scores of life quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,and at the same time the patients'survival rates in the experimental group were 95.0%in the following year,85.0%in the following two years and 70%in the following three years and obviously higher than those in the control group with respectively 85.0%,65% and 35.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion:DC-CIK immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced cervical cancers has good clinical effects and can effectively improve the patient's quality of life and long-term survival.
