摘 要:在综合研究以高阶变性椭圆为节曲线的齿轮副的设计基础上,提出高效获取复杂高阶变性椭圆类节曲线的方法,实现了主从动轮的精确啮合的仿真过程;对偏心率、变性系数以及从动轮的阶数等参数对传动比曲线的周期性和不对称性的影响作了详细的分析;将高阶变性椭圆齿轮副与曲柄滑块机构串联成组合机构,研究机构的运动规律得到特定的运动输出。理论研究和实验结果表明,对重要参数的选择和调整后,可以得到符合设计原则和传动要求的高阶变性椭圆类齿轮副。Based on the comprehensive study about the design requirements of the high order and denatured ellipse as section curve of the gear pair, the method of efficient acquiring the complex high-- order denatured elliptic pitch curve is proposed, the simulation process of precise meshing of driving and driven wheels is achieved. The effects of the parameters of eccentricity ratio, denatured coefficient and order number of driven wheel on the periodicity and asymmetry of the transmission ratio curve are analyzed in detail. High--order and denatured elliptical gear pair combine with crank--slide mecha- nism, through researching the motion law of the combination mechanism, the specific motion output is obtained. Both theoretical research findings and experimental results show that the expected gear pair can be obtained by selecting and adjusting important parameters of the high order and denatured ellipti- cal gear pair which is devised in accordance with the basic design conditions.
