城乡脑瘫儿童家庭康复效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究城乡脑瘫患儿家庭康复训练的效果,并探讨存在的问题。方法随机选取脑瘫患儿52例,城市和农村组各26例,对两组患儿家属进行康复训练指导,在家庭康复前及康复治疗6月后采用粗大运动功能评定量表(Gross motor function measure,GMFM)和儿童功能独立性评定量表(Functional Independence Measure for Children,Wee FIM)进行评估。结果两组康复治疗6月末GMFM和Wee FIM评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),且城市组患儿康复6月末两项评分均高于农村组(P<0.01)。结论家庭康复能明显改善粗大运动功能及生活活动能力,城市患儿农村患儿效果更好。Objective To study the effects of family rehabilitation on children with cerebral palsy in urban and rural families,and explore the existing problems in the process of family rehabilita-tion training.Methods 52 cases were randomly selected from October 2007 to January 2014 in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University and the rehabilitation department of the Second Peo-ple′s Hospital of Nantong,and divided into urban group and rural group.Patients in both groups were guided for family rehabilitation.All of the children with cerebral palsy were evaluated with GMFM and WeeFIM before and 6 months after therapy.Results The total scores of GMFM and WeeFIM were significantly improved in all children with cerebral palsy 6 months after treatment when compared with those before treatment.Scores of urban group were significantly higher than those of the rural group.Conclusion Family rehabilitation can significantly improve gross motor function and daily activity of children with cerebral palsy, and the effects on those in ur-ban areas was much better.
