摘　　要：文中对我国区域物流公共信息平台的特征进行分析,并通过分析区域物流平台信息粘滞、区域物流信息势能、信息共享及LOGINK的势能差等要素来建立因果关系图,最终得出激励机制在因果关系图中的重要作用。为区域物流公共信息平台的共享与共建提供一定的参考。The paper analyzed the characteristics of regional logistics public information platform in China.It established causality diagram through the analysis of regional logistics platform sticky information,regional logistics information potential energy,information sharing and the potential difference of LOGINK and so on.Eventually,it obtained the important role of incentives in the causal diagram to provide a reference for the sharing and build regional logistics public information platforms.
