摘　　要：从区域物流与经济互动发展的角度,以物流和经济的影响因素为研究对象,通过指标选择和分析,构建物流与经济的灰色综合关联模型,并利用Matlab对山西2006-2013统计年鉴相关数据进行测算分析,得出各影响因素间的综合得分及排名,从而确定影响山西物流的主要经济因素和次要因素,为山西物流产业的良性发展提供支持。In this paper, we took the logistics industry and the economy as the subject, established the model of the grey comprehensive correlation between the two through index selection and analysis, concluded on the comprehensive scores and rankings of their influence factors by using the Matlab software （data from 2006 to 2013 of Shanxi）, and identified the primary and secondary factors that affected the logistics industry of Shanxi from the perspective of regional logistics and economic interaction, in the hope of providing some support to the development of the logistics industry in Shanxi.
