摘　　要：为建立科学的供应链物流网络优化模型,以A物流公司为例,首先阐述了其在供应链物流网络在优化过程中存在的问题,然后对供应链物流网络优化流程进行分析,并采用遗传算法对A公司进行了物流网络优化,最后对供应链网络的优化结果进行了分析。结果显示,物流网络的优化策略可为企业管理者提供一些新的理论决策依据,以改善企业的工作效率。In this paper, we elaborated the problems in the operation process of the supply chain logistics network of an enterprise A, analyzed the process of the optimization of the network using the genetic algorithm, and obtained results showing that this strategy could provide some new theoretical decision basis to the managers for enhancing their working efficiency.
