摘  要:目的:研究脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠免疫功能方面的改变。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组和模型组,每组20只。空白对照组大鼠给予纯化饲料喂养;模型组大鼠给予高脂低蛋白饲料喂养,同时负重力竭游泳,连续喂养60天。观察大鼠的一般状况,测定大鼠胸腺和脾的脏器指数,检测大鼠血清细胞因子IL-1,IL-2,血清补体C3,Ig G,SIg A的含量。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠胸腺的脏器指数,血清细胞因子IL-1,IL-2,血清补体C3,Ig G,SIg A的含量显著降低(P<0.01);脾的脏器指数也出现降低(P<0.05)。结论:脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠会出现免疫功能的降低。Objective: To explore changes in immune functions of rat models with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency. Methods: Divide 40 rats into a control group and a model group, each with 20 rats; rats in the control group were given purification feed; while rats in the model group were given high -fat and low- protein feed, and daily loaded swimming until they were exhausted, for totally 60 days. Observe rats' condi- tions and determine the organ index of the thymus and spleen. Test the content of serum cytokines IL - 1, IL- 2 and complement C3, IgG, SIgA. Results: Compared with the control group, the organ index of thy- mus, the content of serum cytokines IL - 1, IL - 2 and complement C3, IgG, SIgA in the model group tended to decrease significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the organ index of spleen also tended to decrease ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion: Rat models with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency have the decrease of immune functions.
