摘　　要：从提高我国数字档案馆建设水平出发,调研国外数字档案馆建设概况和采用的核心运行机制,包括采集、格式管理、封装、元数据机制等,以为我国数字档案馆建设提供有益参考和借鉴。To improve construction level of our digital archives, the paper investigates the general situation of international digital archives and core operational mechanism, including archival acquisition, format management, package, metadata mechanism, in order to provide useful reference to our digital archive construction.
