摘　　要：目的:探讨系统护理干预在小儿电子结肠镜下摘除结肠息肉术中的应用效果。方法:将本院100例行电子结肠镜下摘除结肠息肉的患儿随机分2组,实验组50例,围术期行系统护理干预;对照组50例,围术期行普通护理。结果:两组相比,实验组患儿手术效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:应用系统护理干预对行电子结肠镜下摘除结肠息肉的患儿实施护理,可以提高患儿手术疗效,降低患儿并发症的发生率。Objective： To investigate the application effect of sytematic nursing on pediatric colon pol- yps excision under the electronic colonoscopy. Methods： 100 pediatric patients performed colon pol- yps excision were randomized into 2 groups with 50 cases each： the experimental group and the con trol group. The experimental group were conducted perioperative systematic nursing intervention, while the control group were performed general nursing. Results： Compared with the control group, the operation efficiency in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group, which was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Systematic nursing intervention con- ducted to pediatric colon polyps excision may improve the curative effect of the patients, reduce thepatients＂ occurrence rate of complications.
