宫颈癌中p53与Ebp1蛋白表达的相关性分析及其意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨p53及Ebp1蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义.[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测30例宫颈癌组织及癌旁正常组织中p53及Ebp1蛋白的表达.[结果]宫颈癌组织中p53及Ebp1蛋白阳性率分别为60.0%和33.3%,均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中p53及Ebp1表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、家族史无相关性,p53及Ebp1高表达与肿瘤的TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05).[结论]p53联合Ebp1蛋白的检测有助于对宫颈癌转移及预后进行判断.OBJECTIVE To study the expression and its significance of p53 and Ebp1 in cervical carcinoma.METHODSExpression of p53 and Ebp1in 30 cases of cervical carcinoma and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS The positive expression rates of p53 and Ebp1were 60.0%and 33.3%,respectively,and it were significantly higher in cervical carcinoma than in normal tissue（P〈0.05）.The expression of p53 and Ebp1in cervical carcinoma had no correlation with the age,tumor size and family tumor history of patient.However,the overexpression of p53 and Ebp1were positively correlated with the TNM staging,lymphatic metastasis of cervical carcinoma（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe combined determination of p53 and Ebp1in cervical carcinoma is helpful to estimate of metastasis and prognosis.
