摘 要:目的了解荆门市2010年-2013年城市生活饮用水微生物污染状况。方法定期采集水源水、出厂水、末梢水,按照国家标准进行微生物指标检测和评判。结果 2010年-2013年共检测水样1 398份,不合格185份,不合格率为13.23%,其中水源水不合格率最高,为40.15%,出厂水不合格率最低,为3.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.095,P=0.000<0.05)。细菌总数不合格率(6.44%)明显低于其余3项指标(χ2=10.039,P=0.018<0.05)。丰水期水样不合格率(16.76%)高于枯水期(9.65%)(χ2=15.375,P=0.000<0.05)。企业自建水厂水样不合格率(19.44%)高于市政水厂(9.32%)(χ2=29.563,P=0.000<0.05)。自建水厂水源水不合格率(47.78%)明显高于市政水厂水源水(23.81%)(χ2=13.692,P=0.000<0.05)。结论荆门市2010年-2013年城市生活饮用水微生物污染较严重,尤其是企业自建水厂水质污染严重,应加强对水质监测和监督,保障城市居民饮用水安全。Objective To investigate the microbial contamination of drinking water in Jingmen City from 2010 to 2013. Methods Drinking water including source water,finished water and tap water was regularly collected,tested and evaluated for microbiological indicators with national standards. Results 1 398 water samples were tested from 2010 to 2013,of which 185 was failed with the failure rate of 13. 23%. The failure rate of source water which was the highest was 40. 15%,and the lowest failure rate was 3. 33 % of finished water,the difference was statistically significant( χ^2= 2. 095,P = 0. 000 〈0. 05). The bacteria failure rate( 6. 44%) was significantly lower than the other three indicators,the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=10. 039,P = 0. 018〈0. 05). The failure rate( 16. 76%) of watery period was higher than in the dry seasons( 9. 65%)( χ^2=15. 375,P = 0. 000 〈0. 05). The watery failure rate of self waterworks( 19. 44%) was higher than the municipal waterworks( 9. 32%),with statistically significant( χ^2= 29. 563,P = 0. 000〈 0. 05). The failure rate of source water( 47. 78%) was obviously higher in self waterworks than in municipal waterworks( χ^2= 13. 692,P = 0. 000 0. 05). Conclusion The microbial contamination of drinking water in Jingmen City from 2010 to 2013 was serious,especially in self- built waterworks. More monitoring and surveillance of water quality should be strengthened to protect the urban drinking water safety.
