摘　　要：本文根据湖南省卫生信息化建设第一阶段人口健康区域信息平台试点建设的经验,提出了第二阶段基于统一交换平台实现全省互联互通的建设模式,总结了湖南省三级人口健康区域信息平台建设思路,为推进全省卫生信息化建设奠定了基础。According to the pilot construction＇s fi rst stage experience of regional information platform on population health, this paper puts forward the construction model of the second stage based on a unifi ed exchange platform, and summaries the thoughts on the construction of the three-level regional information platform of population health, so as to lay the foundation for promoting the health information construction of the whole province.
