摘　　要：本文介绍了中医药项目管理的现状,通过对中医药项目预算资金现行上报方式的分析,阐述了在中医药领域构建项目管理信息系统的必要性,分析了中医药项目管理信息系统需解决的主要问题:支持项目执行过程控制;实现中医药项目全过程管理;合理判断项目执行状况。因此提出中医药项目管理信息系统整体结构设计和主要功能模块设计方案。This paper introduces the present situation of the project management of traditional Chinese medicine. By analyzing the method of reporting the traditional Chinese medicine project budget data, expounds the necessity of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine project management information system. It also analyzes the measures should be taken to avoid problems that traditional Chinese medicine project management information system need to solve： 1.Strictly control the project implementation process; 2.Realize the whole process of project management of traditional Chinese medicine; 3.Reasonable judgment of project implementation and Performance assessment. So we provide the design of massive structure and function module.
