摘　　要：本文主要以居民健康卡建设模式出发,介绍了重庆市居民健康卡的建设特点,探讨了重庆市居民健康卡的系统架构、发卡思路与模式、以及卫生人口信息资源的整合。结合重庆本地情况,从实际应用的角度出发思考居民健康卡亟待解决的问题。Start with the construction model of the Residential Health Card, this paper introduces the construction characteristics of Chongqing Residential Health Card. It discusses the system architecture of Chongqing Residential Health Card, as well as patterns of card issuance and the integration between health information and population information. In the end, by combining with the local conditions in Chongqing, this paper, from the view of actual application, presents some problems for the Residential Health Card which demands prompt solution.
