摘　　要：医院信息化人才队伍是医院信息化建设的基本保障。在分析当前医院信息化人才面临问题的基础上,提出医学院校要立足学科特色与人才需求,培养实用人才;医院探索组织管理视角下的个体学习方法,强调科学与人文交融;进一步完善和规范培训与考核认证体系,实施有效的人才评估与利用;合理设置信息化部门等方面的思考建议。Hospital informatization talent and team is the basic guarantee of hospital information construction. By analysis of the current problems of hospital informatization talents, this paper puts forward the following suggestions： medical colleges should be based on the discipline characteristic and the demand for talent, training pragmatic talents; hospitals should explore individual learning methods from the perspective of organizational management and emphasize the integration of science and humanities; further improve and standardize the training and certifi cation system, the implementation of effective talent evaluation and utilization;the reasonable setting up of information department.
