摘　　要：大数据环境下，有限的采购资金和众多数据库候选使高校图书馆面临采购抉择难题。基于模糊数学理论和德尔菲法及层次分析理论，在整合高校学科建设需求，读者选择需求和图书馆采购资金等情况下，以湘潭大学图书馆外文数据库采购工作为例，试图找到一种比较科学的算法，为我国高校图书馆选购数据库抉择提供参考。In big data environment, limited purchasing funds and numerous candidate database of the university library are faced with the procurement decision problem. The solution of contradiction between fund demand and supply equilibrium solution is based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and the theory of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy,after integration of the discipline construction in colleges and universities and readers choosing demand, taking Xiang Tan University library as an example,this paper tries to find a more scientific algorithm providing reference for choosing and purchasing database in the university library of our country.
