摘 要:目的:调查医院对社交媒体的使用态度和使用行为,了解医院使用社交媒体的现状并分析存在的问题,为医院合理使用社交媒体开展管理工作与医疗服务提供参考。方法:采用结构式调查问卷,对全国54所医院进行调查,调查数据采用描述性统计方法进行汇总。结果:医院使用社交媒体的态度积极,85.18%的医院支持使用社交媒体。医院使用社交媒体主要开展健康知识的传播和健康教育活动。但是对于社交媒体的作用与风险认识不足,在专项资金方面,仅有38.71%的被调查医院有专项预算。94.44%的被访者对医院开展社交媒体相关培训持积极的态度。结论:医院需要加强对社交媒体的建设力度,使用专人、专款进行管理,加强相关培训工作,规范医院及医护人员的社交媒体使用行为。Objectives: To investigate the attitude of hospitals towards social media and how they use social media in their everyday routine, find out the status of usage of social media in hospitals and analyze the existing problems, and provide a reference for hospitals' decision on utilization of social media. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed and collected in 54 sample hospitals around China, using descriptive statistics to analyze the data. Results: The attitude of hospitals on social media is optimistic; there are 85.18% hospitals supporting using social media. Health education and knowledge diffusion are among the top usages. Most hospital staff know little about social media. Only 38.71% of the sample hospitals have budget for social media. 94.44% of the interviewees hope to enjoy training in social media. Conclusions: Hospitals need to strengthen investment in social media, such as hiring professionals, allocating a larger budget, providing more training and etc. in order to guideline the hospital and health professional actions in using social media.
