摘 要:随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入和卫生事业的蓬勃发展,员工培训在医院发展中所占的地位愈发重要。但传统的员工培训无论是在形式上和效果上都存在着学习主动性不强及培训满意率低下的问题,达不到培训的预期目标。本文以一所2012年底完成等级评审的三级医院为背景,分析原来传统的员工培训的不足,在此基础上提出新的培训理念和工作思路,并将其应用于实践。With the deep reform of national medical system and the vigorous development of health service, the staff training plays an important role in the hospital development. However, the problems in the previous training involved the weak initiative of staff in training and the low rate of satisfaction with training, both in means and in ends, so that the expected goal cannot be reached. In this article, the study was carried out in a hospital which completed the hospital accreditation as a tertiary hospital at the end of 2012. This article analyzed the shortage of the previous training of hospital staff, and presented a new concept and idea of training into practice.
