摘　　要：目的分析丁苯酞注射液对脑梗死后C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取2009年9月至2014年6月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者120例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各60例;对照组患者采取抑制血小板聚集、活血、改善脑代谢等治疗方法,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用丁苯酞注射液,两组患者分别于治疗前及治疗后14天检测血清CRP、TNF-α水平,同时进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,观察两组患者各项指标的变化情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的血清CRP、TNF-α水平及NIHSS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的血清CRP、TNF-α水平及NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗中,急性脑梗死患者常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞注射液,能够降低患者血清炎性因子水平,治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of butylphthalide injection on C-reactive protein（CRP） and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） after cerebral infarction. Method 120 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 2009 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group, control group patients adopted treatment of inhibition of platelet aggregation, promoting blood circulation, improving cerebral metabolism; treatment group patients combined with butylphthalide injection on the basis of control group, before treatment and 14 days after treatment, serum CRP, TNF-α levels and NIHSS score were compared in the two groups. Result Before treatment, there were no significant difference between the two groups of patients with serum CRP, TNF-α level and NIHSS score（P〉0.05）; 14 days after treatment, serum CRP, TNF-α level and NIHSS score were lower than that of control group, the difference of the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment with butylphthalide injection on acute cerebral infarction patients can reduce serum inflammatory factor level, it is worth applicating in clinical treatment.
