摘　　要：儿童青少年肥胖是一个重大的公共卫生问题。本文以中国儿童青少年肥胖研究为例,探讨中国儿童青少年肥胖研究和实践的瓶颈与机遇。通过检索中英文文献,分析纳入文献的研究主题、问题、设计、视角、维度和方法,中国儿童青少年肥胖研究的发展大致可分为三个"十年":第一个十年,中国的改革开放刚刚开启,主要是儿童青少年肥胖概念的引入及简单的现况研究;第二个十年,发达国家的饮食习惯和生活方式开始冲击中国,导致儿童青少年肥胖的发生率急剧上升,主要是围绕生理性影响因素的研究和大规模的横断面调查,但这一阶段重复性研究较多;最后一个十年,基于前期影响因素研究基础,研究对学校和家庭两种干预模式进行尝试,但干预困难较大。中国儿童青少年肥胖研究三个阶段的主题虽然受到了本地复杂的社会经济环境的影响而规律变化,但由于发展中国家环境类似,希望能为我国及欠发达国家和地区的相关决策和实践提供借鉴和参考。Obesity of the childhood and adolescent is a serious public health problem. Using China＇s experiences in childhood and adolescent obesity research as an example,the research investigated the bottlenecks and opportunities in childhood and adolescent obesity research and practice. We searched the Chinese- English document database and analyzed research themes,research questions,research designs,perspectives,dimensions and methods of the literature involved and found that the development of childhood and adolescent obesity research in China was divided into three ＂ decades＂. In the first decade,China had just started reform and opening up and the research mainly focused on introducing the concept and conducting simple surveys on the status quo. In the second decade,China began to be influenced by the diet habits and lifestyle of developed countries,which led to a sharp rise in childhood obesity. The main research was focused on examining physiological influencing factors and conducting large scale cross sectional surveys. However,there were more repetitive studies. In the third decade,based on the earlier research on obesity influencing factors,the research mainly attempted two intervention models targeting on the school and the family respectively but it turned out to be very difficult. The theme of China＇s research on obesity of children and adolescent in these three decades is influenced and changed by the social and economic environment of the local places,but due to the similarities of conditions in developing countries,we hope our research can provide references for China and less developed countries and places on policy- making and practicing.
