房树人测试在神经症患者中的运用进展

摘　　要：神经症是临床上常见的一种心理疾病,其发病与人格特征密切相关。国内大多使用客观量表进行神经症的人格测试,但客观量表作为西方国家的产物,用于国人具有很多不足和缺陷。房树人测试在人格测试中最具有代表性,能为神经症患者的心理评估、人格测试、心理咨询和治疗提供新的平台和方法,从而促进这一领域的发展。目前国内房树人测试在神经症患者的运用还处于初步发展阶段,其信效度方面、标准化等方面的问题还需得到进一步探讨和研究。Neurosis is a common clinical mental illness,the pathogenesis of neurosis is closely related to personality traits. In China,objective scales are used universally to test neurosis personality,but as products of the western countries,objective scales have many shortcomings and defects when it is used in the Chinese people. The House- tree- person technique is the most representative personality test,and it can provide a new platform and method for neurosis patients＇ psychological assessment,personality test,psychological counseling and therapy,consequently promote the development of this field. Currently,the application of the House- tree- person technique in neurosis patients is at the preliminary development phase,the reliability and validity,the standardization and other issues of the House- tree- person technique still need to be further discussed and researched.
