上下颌后牙区单颗SLA和SLActive种植体即刻负荷成功率的比较研究

摘　　要：目的对比后牙区单颗Straumann SLA和Strauman SLActive即刻负荷一年后种植体成功率,了解SLActive的临床应用前景。方法术后一年随访40名SLA和SLActive即刻负荷植牙患者,对种植体成功率进行临床效果评价,以及测量种植体稳定系数。结果两组间表面处理差异位对种植体成功率无显著影响,对种植体稳定系数(ISQ)有影响(p<0.05)。结论:SLActive促进软硬骨组织结合,增加临床预期性。Objective comparing of posterior area of single Straumann SLA and Strauman SLActive after a year of immediate loading implant, the to understand SLActive clinical application. Methods One year follow-up of 40 SLA and SLActive immediate loading implants, evaluate the success rate of implant, and compare implant stability coefficient. Results The surface type affected ISQ(p<0.05), but did not affect implant success rate significantly in the two groups SLA and SLActive. Conclusion SLActive promotes the combination of soft and hard tissue and increases the clinical predictability.
