摘 要:机油盘是发动机的关键部件之一,在发动机工作的影响下机油盘会产生复杂的振动,是发动机噪声的主要来源之一。因此,降低机油盘的振动和噪音是降低发动机辐射噪音和总体噪音的重要环节。对机油盘进行有限元分析建模,利用Hyper works软件计算求解,得到机油盘前十阶的固有频率。利用试验模态分析获得机油盘的试验频率,并对比机油盘仿真频率与试验获得的自由模态频率,验证了有限元计算结果的精确性。Oil pan is one of the most important components of engines. Vibration of the oil pan excited by engine operationis the main source of noise. In this paper, finite element analysis method was applied to model the oil pan. The first tenorder natural frequencies of the oil pan were obtained by means of Hyperworks software. Test frequencies were obtained byusing experimental modal analysis. By comparing the tested results with simulation results, the accuracy of finite elementanalysis was verified. This work provides a basis for structure optimization design and the analysis of forced vibration of engineoil pans.
