后大众化视阈下我国开放大学发展策略研究

摘　　要：后大众化理论是一种解释高等教育发展新现象的理论,它揭示了终身学习才是高等教育发展的根本目标。开放大学是我国构建终身教育体系的主体性力量,办好开放大学是我国适应全民学习、终身学习需求的重大战略举措。为此应结合后大众化理论及终身教育的现实需求,围绕后大众化趋势下我国开放大学发展契机,注重优化教学服务、推进信息化建设、深化继续教育内涵、改革人才培养模式及发展老年教育,逐步建立适应我国国情的开放大学,全面推进我国终身教育体系建设。Post-massification is a theory explaining the latest development of higher education and reveals that lifelong education is the basic goal of higher education development. Open universities are the main force to the construction of lifelong education system and the major strategy to meet the needs of learning for all and lifelong education. Therefore,with the development opportunities of open universities in China,we should combine the post-massification theory with the realistic needs of lifelong education,try to optimize the teaching service,promote the information construction,deepen the connotation of continuing education,transform the personnel training mode and develop education for the senior citizens,and gradually establish the development strategies for open Universities of China and promote the construction of lifelong education system in the all-round way.
