摘 要:为进一步降低马钢烧结用矿成本,开展了降低巴西矿配比的烧结试验研究。结果表明,在不增配其他精矿的情况下,巴西矿配比从36%逐步降低至10%,烧结矿转鼓强度明显下降,烧结固体燃耗逐步上升,成品率下降,而烧结矿冶金性能总体改善。通过在烧结配矿中增配10%与巴西矿高温特性指标相近的高品位铁精矿,有效改善了巴西矿配比降低带来的负面影响,并实质性地降低了配矿成本,达到了预期目标。To further reduce the cost of sinter ore, experimental study was carried out to reduce the ratio of Brazil ore in sinter blend. Test results showed that when the ratio of Brazil ore was reduced from 36% to 10% without addi- tion of other ore concentrates, the sinter strength fell obviously, solid fuel consumption of sintering gradually increased, sinter yield declined and metallurgical performance of sinter improved. By adding 10% of high grade iron ore concen- trate similar to Brazil ore in high-temperature characteristics, the negative effect of reducing the ratio of Brazil ore was effectively improved and the cost of sinter blend was substantially reduced, achieving the predetermined goal.
