脑电图在神经内科危重症患者的脑功能监测和预后评估中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑电图在神经内科危重症患者脑功能检测及预后中的效果。方法选取我院神经内科危重症患者310例,用数字脑电图仪对患者EEG进行观察,并以EEG Synek分级标准对EEG结果进行分级,将脑电图分级与临床预后进行相关性分析。结果 310例患者EEG结果均显示异常,Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级预后不良不良率4.8%,Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级预后不良率60%,P<0.05。结论 EEG Synek分级能对神经内科危重症患者预后不良进行预测,EEG Synek分级越高,表示患者神经功能缺损越严重。【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of EEG monitoring on brain function monitoring and prognosis evaluation of neurology critically ill patients. 【Methods】310 cases of neurology critically ill patients in our hospital were selected and were observed with digital electroencephalograph EEG. EEG results were graded with EEG Synek grading standards. And the correlation of EEG classification and prognosis was analyzed. 【Results】All EEG results of 310 cases of neurology critically ill patients were showed abnormal. poor prognosis rate of Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade was 4.8%, and poor prognosis rate of Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade was 60%, P〈0.05. 【Conclusion】EEG Synek can predict poor prognosis of Neurology critically ill patients. the higher the EEG Synek classification means more severe neurological deficits.
