摘　　要：企业项目因投资大和工期长等特点,使得自身存在着许多不确定因素,这就决定了它的多风险性。如何从众多风险中识别各种不同风险的重要程度和影响力,对项目的顺利实施至关重要。利用主成分分析法对某通讯企业2013年10月20日至2014年1月31日期间的6个项目进行分析与评价,最终得到各项目活动的质量和排名情况,为企业决策提供了科学的依据,对量化管理奠定了基础。Due to large investment and long period features, communication enterprise projects are faced with many uncertain factors, adding to its risks. Therefore, it is very important to determine the gravity of the various risks and its impact in carrying out the projects. In this paper, the method of principal component analysis is used to evaluate the six-month-long projects of a communication enterprise from Octover 20^th, 2013 to January 31^st, 2014. The general performance and ranking of the project activities are obtained. It provides a scientific basis for the decision-making of the enterprise, and lays a solid foundation for the quantitative management.
