摘  要:车身后盖板外板型面复杂、成形困难,且局部外轮廓需要翻边以进行焊接连接,在试模过程中发现外板翻边处回弹值较大。通过对后盖板外板成形工艺的分析,结合使用Auto Form进行成形仿真,发现翻边过程中产生的多余材料是引起翻边回弹的主要原因。探究了减小翻边高度和增加翻边豁口对翻边回弹值的影响,结合两种方法提出了减小翻边回弹值的方案:即在不影响焊接的情况下减小翻边高度,并增加3个翻边豁口,通过样件的试制和三坐标测量验证了方案的可行性和仿真结果的准确性。最后在不影响整车功能的前提下通过对零件优化减小了翻边回弹值。The outer panel in auto rear cover is of complex surfaces and is difficult to form, and with the local contour flanged for welding connection, the springback of flanging was large in the process of testing. Through the analysis of forming process and with the help of forming process simulation by Autoform, the main cause of springbaek was the excessive materials generated in the flange process. The in- fluence of reducing flanging height and increasing flanging gap on springback was explored. Combined with the two methods, a solution was proposed, namely to decrease the flanging height without affecting the welding and to increase three flanging gaps. The feasibility of the modification and the accuracy of the simulation were verified through sample production and three coordinates measuring. Finally, the springback is reduced by optimal part structure without affecting the function of ear.
