摘　　要：原象是心象的表现形式之一,其本质为太虚元气,是构成万物的本原。原象的流动和转化实质是太虚元气的运动和气化。原象在中医学中应用主要体现在说明人体脏腑生理功能,病理变化及指导疾病的诊断治疗等方面。The nature of noumenon image which is one of presentation forms of mental image, is original Qi （Taixu） regarded as the arehe of all things. Flowing and convertion of noumenon image is exactly the movement and qi transformation of Taixu. The application of noumenon image in TCM is focused on explanation of the physiological function of viscera and pathological changes, as well as guidance of diagnosis and treatment.
