摘  要:美国近年来积极推行教育报告卡制度,不仅有利于保障公众对教育质量信息的知情权,同时也在促进学生学习、提升教育决策品质方面发挥了重要的作用。美国教育部门以教育报告卡为载体,形成了较为完备的教育质量信息公开与报告制度。通过对美国教育报告卡的分类、报告卡制度发展的动因、报告卡制度的积极影响等多维视角的考察,以期为我国教育质量公开报告制度的建构和完善提供参照与启示。In recent years, education report card system has been actively promoted in America. It not only safeguards the public' s right to know information of education quality, but also plays an important role in helping students in their study as well as in enhancing the quality of educational decisions. Based on education report card, American educational departments have established a relatively complete system of information disclosure and reporting of education quality. In order to provide reference and inspiration for establishing the information disclosure system of education quality in China, this paper is intended to make a multi-dimensional study on American education report card system through classifying education reports, analyzing the cause of its development and describing its positive influence.
