自主研发、外部知识获取与企业绩效研究——基于上市公司数据

摘　　要：基于A股上市公司的面板数据探究了自主研发和外部知识获取模式对企业绩效的影响。研究发现:自主创新和国内技术合作对生产率有显著的促进作用,而对国外技术的吸收能力较差甚至不显著。只有通过成立合资企业形成利益共同体才能更好地利用国外技术。对样本的进一步细分,还发现企业与科研机构的合作程度有限,国有企业的外部知识获取能力较差。This paper uses the A-share listed companies＇ panel data to investigate the effect of in-house R＆D and external knowledge acquisition on productivity. The result shows that both of in-house R＆D and domestic knowledge acquisition have positive effect on productivity, but the absorptive ability is worse and even not significant. International knowledge acquisi- tion is only effective if conducted via joint ventures which have same interest. When splitting the sample according to owner- ship type, state-owned corporations are not good at external knowledge acquisition. Furthermore, It finds that the collabora- tion between companies and research institutions is limited.
