“关系”对供应链合作绩效的影响——来自农业领域的证据  

Effect of the GUANXI on Cooperation Performance in Supply Chain——The Empirical Study on Chinese Agricultural Sector

摘　　要：以供应链管理理论为基础,在文献研究的基础上提出理论模型及相关假设,通过采集云南、四川、重庆、甘肃等地的农户及相关农企数据为样本,利用因子分析、层次回归等统计学方法对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明:"关系"与信任间存在非常显著的正向相关性,并通过信任的中介效应间接地影响了承诺、协作和交流等关系质量因子,最终对合作绩效产生影响;且在"关系"差序格局构成中对信任的影响、认同感要强于人情差序和地位差序。This paper develops a theoretical model and related assumptions according to literature based on the theoretical of supply chain management. With surveying farmers and agricultural enterprises of Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu as sample. The hypothesized model is operationalised using factor analysis and hierarchical regression. The results show that, in the impact of GUANXI of trust, ＂identity with value＂ is stronger than ＂human sequence＂ and ＂Identity sequence＂ ; GUANXI and ＂trust＂ between the existence of a very significant positive correlation indirectly affected, and impact variables such as ＂commitment＂, ＂cooperation＂ and ＂communication＂ and influencing commitment through a trusted intermediary role; ＂Trust＂ on cooperation performance impact of both direct and also through an indirect effect on other factors of RE- ALQUA.
