摘　　要：通过分析孵化器与创投的种群间关系,构建了两种群间关系的Lotka-Volterra模型,研究了孵化器与创投之间的竞合关系,分析了影响模型纳什均衡条件的因素。研究结果表明,税收会对孵化器与创投的合作产生负面影响,而合理搭配补贴政策则可平衡对合作收益产生的损失,有利于促进孵化器与创投的合作。政府可以通过设计合理的税收优惠、财政补贴政策等促进孵化器与创投的协同合作。This paper discusses the cooperative behavior between the technology business incubator and venture capital in the incubation ecosystem. Based on lotka-volterra model, analyze the population relationship between the technology business incubator and venture capital, and discuss the Nash equilibrium solution. The result shows that, taxation has negative im- pact on cooperation between incubator and venture capital, while rational matching of policies can promole this cooperation. Therefore, governments should design reasonable tax incentives, financial subsidies to promote the incubator and venture collaboration in incubation ecosystem.
