罗城仫佬族文化保护内生机制探析

摘　　要：如何保护与传承民族文化,赢得文化的多样性,是人类面临的共同课题。尽管在这方面已有诸多努力与实践,但是相较于全球化、城市化而言,仍显得弱势。可喜的是,在一些地方性的实践中已走出了依靠人民群众的"内生"发展路子,罗城仫佬族文化保护即是例证。通过剖析认为只有实现文化、社会、经济、民生的多赢格局,民族文化的保护与传承才能落到实处。It is a common problem before the mankind that how we should protect and inherit ethnic cultures to maintain the cultural diversity. Compared with the influence of globalization and urbanization, those efforts we have made to solve this problem seem to be relatively weak. Fortunately, Some places have, found the way of ＂endogenic development＂ in practices which relies on people, and it is the case of Mulao ethnic cultural protection in Luocheng County. This paper holds that only when the win-- win situation is achieved in terms of culture, society, economy and people＇s livelihood, will the protection and inheritance of ethnic cultures be realized.
