港口航道与海岸工程特色专业工程应用型人才培养模式研究与实践

摘　　要：结合国家"质量工程"及"卓越计划",基于专业特色化建设理念,以港口航道与海岸工程专业为改革试点,探索了特色专业工程应用型人才培养模式。通过调整人才培养方案、改革教学内容和教学方法、构建多元化实践教学体系、探索"课证融合"教学模式、建设"双师型"教师团队等措施,不断加强学生工程实践能力与创新意识,培养特色专业工程应用型人才。实践证明,该模式对工程应用型人才的培养具有明显成效。Combining with the national ＂Quality Engineering＂ and ＂Excellence Initiative＂ , tins paper the cultivation mode of engineering applied talents for Port, Waterway and Coastal Engineering field based on the concept of characteristic specialty construction. The engineering practical ability and innovation consciousness of students are strengthened by adjusting personnel training program, reforming teaching content and methods, constructing a diversified practice teaching system, exploring the ＂course to fuse vocational certificate＂ mode, building the ＂double teacher＂ team, etc. The training mode aims to culture the high-quality engineering applied personnel to adapt to the economic and social development needs. It is proved that the training mode is operative for the engineering applied talents cultivation.
