酸枣仁汤加味治疗癌症患者焦虑症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察酸枣仁汤加味治疗癌症患者焦虑症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将90例符合CCMD-3焦虑症诊断标准的癌症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组口服乌灵胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上加用酸枣仁汤加味治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后中医证候积分、中医单项主症症状及采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)在治疗前、治疗第2、4、6周末进行评分,评定临床疗效及中医证候疗效,同时记录不良反应。结果:治疗组临床疗效、中医证候疗效总有效率分别为83.33%、88.09%,对照组分别为63.41%、68.29%,治疗组临床疗效和中医症候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者中医证候积分及HAMA量表评分均较治疗前下降,而治疗组在治疗第6周末时积分下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组患者虚烦少寐、头晕心悸等症状明显改善,疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论:酸枣仁汤加味联合乌灵胶囊口服治疗肿瘤患者轻、中度焦虑症有效,安全性好,能有效改善临床焦虑症状,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Modified Suanzaoren Decoction for cancer patients with anxiety disorder. Methods： Ninety cancer patients with anxiety disorder that met the diagnosis CCMD- 3standard were randomized into the treatment group and control group with 45 in each. The control group was given Wuling Capsule and the treatment group was given Modified Suanzaoren Decoction on the basis of the control group. Scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and primary single symptom were observed. The patients＇ Hamilton Anxiety Scale（ HAMA）was also evaluated before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect and Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy was evaluated. At the same time,the adverse reactions was recorded. Results： The total effective rate about clinical therapeutic effect and Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy were 83. 33% and 88. 09% in the treatment group respectively and those were63. 41% and 68. 29% in the control group. There was a difference between the two groups in the Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy and clinical effect（ P〈0. 05）. Total scores of Chinese medicine primary symptoms and HAMA decreased in two groups compared with those before treatment. But at the end of sixth weekend,the scores of treatment group decreased more obviously（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate in relieving insomnia,dysphoria,heart palpitations and dizziness symptoms of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group. Conclusion： Modified Suanzaoren Decoction with Wuling Capsule orally is effective and safe for cancer patients with mild and moderate anxiety disorder and it can obviously relieve the anxiety and Chinese medicine symptoms.
