枣仁安神颗粒结合脑安颗粒治疗老年神经衰弱的超声评估观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨枣仁安神颗粒结合脑安颗粒治疗老年神经衰弱的超声评估观察。方法:选取2010年12月—2012年12月医治的老年(年龄≥60岁)神经衰弱病例中,抽样选取82例且均分为两组进行研究,即对照组41例患者予以枣仁安神颗粒治疗,而观察组患者再此基础上再结合脑安颗粒进行治疗,术后超声评估患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总显效率高达92.68%(38/41),对照组患者总显效率仅75.61%(31/41),二者相比,显然观察组疗效更佳,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枣仁安神颗粒结合脑安颗粒治疗老年神经衰弱疗效确切,超声评估临床效果理想,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the ultrasound evaluation method of Zaoren Anshen Granule combined with Naoan Granule for the treatment of elderly neurasthenia. Methods： From December 2010 to December 2010 at our hospital,82 cases（ age 60 or higher） of neurasthenic patients were divided into two groups. The control group＇s 41 patients were given Zaoren Anshen Granule and the observation group combined Naoan Granule. The echocardiographic assessment of the patients＇ clinical curative effect was carried out. Results： The observation group＇s total efficiency was 92. 68%（ 38 /41） and the control group＇s total efficiency was only 75. 61%（ 31 /41）. The curative effect of observation group was obviously better and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Zaoren Anshen Granule combined with Naoan Granule has exact curative effect on senile neurasthenia and the ultrasound is ideal to evaluate the clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
