连理汤加味对活动期溃疡性结肠炎TNF-α和IL-10表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:检测连理汤加味对活动期溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者血清中TNF-α和IL-10表达的影响,探讨溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制。方法:选取46例UC患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂进行治疗,观察组在此基础上辨证使用连理汤,两组均连续治疗2个疗程,测定治疗前、后患者血清中TNF-α和IL-10的含量,同时考察不良反应发生情况等。结果:经治疗后,两组患者血清中TNF-α和IL-10的浓度较治疗前具有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组血清中TNF-α下降的程度较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),IL-10上升的程度较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:活动期UC患者辨证使用连理汤,可明显改善患者血清中TNF-α和IL-10的水平,且安全性好,对UC的临床治疗和作用机制的阐明具有一定的意义。Objective： To detect the TNF- α and IL- 10 expressions of the active ulcerative colitis patients treated with Lianli Decoction and to investigate the mechanism of ulcerative colitis. Method： 46 cases of UC patients,according to the random numbers,were divided into the control group and observation group. The control group received mesalazine treatment and the observation group on the basis used Lianli Decoction. Two groups were given continuous two courses of treatment and the serum levels of TNF- α and IL- 10 and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results：After treatment,two groups＇ levels of TNF- α and IL- 10 had a significant difference compared with those before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. The decrease extent of TNF- α in the observation group had a significant difference compared with that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05） and the increase degree of IL- 10 in the observation group had a significant difference compared with that of the control group with（ P 〈0. 05）. Both two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Lianli Decoction based on syndrome differentiation for patients with active UC can significantly improve the levels of serum TNF- α and IL- 10 and the security is good. it has some significance to clarify the treatment of UC and mechanisms.
